• You support the outsourcing and ICT Third-Party Provider (TPP) process as an Outsourcing / ICT TPP Coordinator

• You assist business stakeholders throughout the outsourcing / ICT TPP lifecycle and ensure activities are completed in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• You contribute to maintaining and continuously improving Addiko Bank's outsourcing / ICT TPP framework

• You support risk assessments and perform review and completeness checks of outsourcing / ICT TPP documentation

• You maintain the Register of Information and contribute to internal and external reporting activities

• You participate in monitoring outsourcing arrangements and business continuity management activities across the Group

• You support process owners in performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments

• You assist in preparing, coordinating and documenting business continuity tests and walk-through exercises

• You prepare analyses, reports and recommendations related to outsourcing and business continuity risks

• You monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of related regulatory requirements

• You contribute to awareness activities and support collaboration with stakeholders across Addiko entities

• You have 2-5 years of experience in outsourcing, third-party risk management, operational risk, compliance, business continuity management, or a related field

• You are interested in regulatory topics and have basic knowledge of EBA, DORA, or related regulatory requirements

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You enjoy working with data, processes, and documentation

• You communicate confidently in English

• You work well with different stakeholders and build collaborative relationships

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• You proactively take ownership of your tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is considered an advantage
