Declaration of consent
I hereby consent to Addiko Bank AG and - upon my separate consent - employees of other members of the Addiko Bank Group to use my personal data contained in this application form and attached CV for the purpose of assessing my job application. Members of the Addiko Bank Group are: Addiko Bank d.d. (Croatia), Addiko Bank d.d. (Slovenia), Addiko Bank a.d. (Serbia), Addiko Bank d.d. (Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina), Addiko Bank a.d. (Republic of Srpska), Addiko Bank a.d. (Montenegro) and Addiko Bank AG (Austria) (collectively the "Addiko Group").
Individual members of the Addiko Group may be located in countries for which an adequate level of data protection has not been determined yet and personal data may be subject to governmental access in accordance with local laws. Within Addiko Group all adequate safeguards to protect personal data have been implemented.
Upon my consent my personal data may be disclosed only to employees of the Addiko Bank Group with permission from Addiko Bank AG in connection with the processing of my job application, and for the purpose of the comparison of the information given in the application with the requirements of the vacant positions of the Addiko Bank Group.
Within the selection process or future selection processes for which the Addiko Bank AG is processing your personal data, Addiko Bank AG does not intend to deliver your personal data to anyone outside Addiko Bank Group.

•Social network profile URL (Linkedin, Facebook, Github, StackOverflow, AngelList, Xing, GooglePlus, Twitter or free input, any valid URL is allowed)

•Education history (Institution name, degree, period)
•Employment history (Company name, job title, period)
•further CV information, if disclosed
•Recommendations of third party sources
•Health data and criminal background checks (only if required for specific job offers)
Addiko Bank AG will generally retain my personal data in the databases until the end of the application process. However, in order to assess my suitability related to subsequent vacancies I can choose to allow Addiko Bank AG to keep my data for a maximum period of 36 months. Depending on my choice below, my data will be deleted after that point in time.
If I apply with open request my personal data will be stored by Addiko Bank AG for a maximum period of 36 months following my application date or until I withdraw my consent at any time in that period and used exclusively for the purpose of the recruitment and selection process.
I can withdraw my consent at any time by following the link given in the confirmation e-mail I receive after applying.
If I withdraw my consent Addiko Group will not be able to consider me for open positions anymore.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was based on the consent before the consent was withdrawn. With regards to the processing of personal data I have the right to access my personal data, the right to correction of incorrect and supplement incomplete personal data, the right to deletion, the right to restrict the processing, to object to the processing, to data portability, all in accordance with and subject to the terms provided by relevant regulations. I have the right to file a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, if I believe data protection rights have been violated.
