Group Treasury / ALM Manager (f/m/x)

Location:     Vienna
Contract:    full-time 


Your tasks:

  • As Manager of the Group Treasury department, you are responsible for the overall liquidity steering, the management of interest rate and credit-spread risk positions as well as the Group’s liquidity portfolio of securities
  • You monitor the balance sheet structure and proactively contribute to optimize it within the asset/liability management process
  • You prepare and execute the investment strategy of the bank with regard to fixed securities
  • You oversee the execution of securities-, repo- and derivatives-transactions and carry out the respective MiFID reporting
  • You head the Group ALCO (Asset- and Liability Management Committee) for Addiko Group
  • You manage the Group-wide liquidity portfolios (fixed income securities) and are responsible for the determination of Treasury inputs for Funds Transfer Pricing (opportunity interest rates, liquidity costs, minimum reserve costs, etc.)
  • You manage the Austrian direct/online deposit business
  • As a department manager of a small team, you are responsible for administrative personnel topics, for providing budgeting and forecasting input related to Treasury

Your profile:

  • You have extensive experience in balance sheet management, treasury and investment related topics of at least 10 years
  • You have exceptional expertise in the areas of debt capital markets and derivatives 
  • You have experience in treasury related accounting, controlling and risk aspects
  • You are familiar with applicable banking regulations and supervisory standards (LCR, NFSR, LLSFR, etc.)
  • You have strong personal management skills and experience with coordinating the interests and needs of subsidiaries in a matrix organization of a banking group
  • You have excellent command of German and English, both in spoken and in written
  • You execute with an entrepreneurial mindset and lead by example
  • You have an academic degree in business administration/economics - preferably with a specialization in banking and finance
