About Your Role
In your role as Deputy Head, you closely collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives
You assume a leadership role in guiding the overall IT roadmap and ensure its successful execution across the Group
You bring specialized knowledge in ARZ/ACN systems to the forefront, contributing to the enhancement and optimization of our technology infrastructure
You actively engage in the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge ARZ/ACN technologies to drive innovation
You cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external and leverage proficiency in German to facilitate effective communication, especially with stakeholders in German-speaking providers
You work closely with IT teams to align their efforts with organizational goals and objectives and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring that each member is equipped to contribute their best
The oversight of the day-to-day operations of the IT department falls under your governance, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
You implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes, identify and mitigate potential risks related to IT operations and projects and collaborate with the Managing Director in developing robust contingency plans to ensure business continuity
Is This You?
You have proven experience in a leadership role within IT management, ideally in the banking sector
You are an expert in ARZ/ACN systems, showcasing a track record of successful implementation and optimization
Fluent in both English and German, you possess the ability to communicate effectively in a professional context
Your strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills set you apart
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are part of your repertoire
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders is a key strength
Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong resilience and organizational excellence are inherent in your professional toolkit
